Duties and responsibilities of the 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor include :
- Coaching, training and mentoring production associates
- Ensuring quality products
- Maintaining plant safety
- Maintaining inventory accuracy
- Reducing costs and improving processes
- Following preventative maintenance programs
- Completing paperwork and documentation
Requirements for the 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor :
- Local or commutable to the area
- Previous union supervisory experience
- At least three years of previous manufacturing supervisory experience Experience with MS products
- Excellent communication and organization skills
